Octank
The disposable, sturdy, ecological and easy to use container consists of a double external structure in three-wave cardboard and an internal multilayer LLDPE bag, standard or barrier. It can be used for both food and non-food products.
Safe use
The OCTANK container protects the product very effectively from light and temperature changes, does not allow air to enter, optimally storing liquids such as wine, fruit juices, photographic solutions, water-based glues, detergents and cosmetic products.
It protects the product in case of partial withdrawals and increases its conservation time since during emptying from the bottom the internal pocket collapses and does not allow oxygenation of the product.
Easy assembly, filling and emptying
OCTANK can be easily assembled in a few moments. The 57mm filling mouth with screw cap is placed at the upper end of the internal pocket and allows easy automatic and manual filling. The emptying can take place either by suction from the filling mouth itself or by dropping from the second 57 mm threaded union at the bottom. The latter is sealed with a membrane, which is automatically removed from the emptying valve (optional) when it is screwed on.
Space and cost savings
The empty OCTANK has reduced dimensions, it is delivered flat with considerable space saving in transport and in the warehouse.
The full OCTANK can be stored one on top of the other when stationary. The weight of the container is reduced to a minimum allowing transport savings. It is easy to move with standard pallet jacks to the production areas and it can be positioned directly next to the production lines.
An advantageous container for liquids that is totally and easily recyclable
Both the internal and external containers can be recycled.
OCTANK protects the product very effectively from light and thermal changes without additional costs. It is disposable and avoids the risk of product contamination caused by poor washing of the container. The cost of a new OCTANK is lower than the cost of returning and washing a traditional container.
